Why Did I Receive Part Of My Order?
Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days for domestic orders, for international they can take up to 21 business days, Our jewelry is custom made and can take longer to be delivered. If you only received part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way!
How Can I Replace or Return Damaged Orders?
We will replace your order free of charge if it is defective or damaged. Contact support@pineandmaple.com or fill out the contact form below!
How Long Does It Take For a Refund To Reflect In My Account?
Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to fully process once the refund has been initiated.
Where is my order?
We do not keep much inventory on hand, so most orders go into production after they are placed. Our customer service team is dedicated to keep you updated every step of the way. Please allow 1-3 business days before your order ships to access your tracking information.
Shipping & Handeling
Shipping and Handling is $5.95 for orders below $50. Anything over $50 ships FREE! Some of our t-shirts are shipped from different locations so if you received part of your order, don't worry the rest is still on its way!
